Shane's extensive background ranges from production department management to hands-on commercial roofing installation. He began his career as a production assistant in the roofing department of a large general contractor, quickly advancing to production manager and field supervisor for commercial roofing projects.
Before focusing exclusively on commercial roofing, Shane worked as a production and project manager for a residential roofing company. He later owned and operated his own commercial roofing company, specializing in roof coatings. As an owner-operator, Shane personally supervised and applied thousands of squares of roofing.
