Disappointing project management for roof, paint, and solar project. The stars I've given are for great quality of work - roof is great, paint is great, solar is finally back on - but the communication was terrible with our project manager Ty. Weeks would go by that we didn't hear from him, people would show up to our house without any notice. We did contact the owner about lack of response/communication and he apologized and we started hearing from Ty again after he was MIA. I finally had to contact the Solar company directly to have scheduling information because relaying it through Ty did not work (the solar scheduler said the same when I spoke with her). I don't usually leave negative reviews, but Ty kept asking for a review - so here it is - I hope the owner does a review about the poor management on this project and makes changes.
