Insurance Assistance

Our team has years of experience working with all major insurance carriers on Denver roof replacements caused by hail damage. We understand the complex process and have created a step-by-step process to help you through it
Contact Sol Vista Roofing to have an expert review your property and any questions you have. We will give an honest assessment based on our years of expertise, with photographs to document of our findings.
If we advise filing an insurance claim for your roof, contact your insurance carrier’s claims department by phone or online. The claims department will record your information and assign the claim to an adjuster.
Your insurance adjuster will schedule their review of the property. At this stage you will want to let them know that a consultant from Sol Vista Roofing will also be present at the meeting. We find that when the adjuster and our team can both be present at the property, the whole process becomes much smoother, and the property also receives a more thorough review.

Replacement approval/settlement and funding. Following the adjuster review, the insurance settlement will be processed. Your Sol Vista Roofing consultant will ensure the settlement includes all items to get your roof replaced per the code requirements in your city and county. At this stage you will receive the first of two insurance payments, which, along with your deductible, will be payable to Sol Vista to begin work on your project

Roof replacement work. This process usually takes 2-3 days depending on the size and complexity of the roof.
Roof inspection and final payment. If an inspection is required, our office will schedule it following construction. At this stage your insurer will provide the final payment to you. Sol Vista typically allows up to 30 days for this payment to be remitted to our office. In some cases the payment may be made to your mortgage provider, and we can assist in determining what documentation may be required to have the payment released to you.
